BUREAU WORKSPACES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Between: Bureau Workspaces Limited (NZBN 9429042287179) (Us, We)
(together, the parties)
By clicking the “I ACCEPT” button displayed as part of our online sign-up process, you agree to the below terms:
1.2 You shall use Bureau for commercial and professional purposes only in accordance with your selected Pricing Plan (the Licensed Use).
We grant you the right to occupy and use Bureau for the Licensed Use and you accept and acknowledge that you will only use Bureau for the Licensed Use in accordance with these terms (the Licence).
You acknowledge that the granting of this Licence does not create a lease or any other interest in Bureau, the building in which Bureau is located or in the land relating to Bureau.
4.1 For subscribers:
(a) The term of the Licence is one month, with automatic renewal every month, commencing on the date of your online signup.
(b) You can terminate this Licence at any time, by cancelling your subscription in writing or by using our online portal. The Licence will then expire on the one-month anniversary of your last subscription payment.
(c) We may terminate this Licence at any time with one month’s notice in writing to you. However, if we have reason to believe you have breached our terms and conditions or our Community Standards, we may terminate this Licence with immediate effect without notice.
4.2 Non-subscribers booking meeting rooms must vacate Bureau upon completion of the booked time slot.
5.1 You will pay the fees in accordance with your selected Pricing Plan.
5.2 For a monthly subscription:
(a) Payment is due in advance.
(b) Monthly payments are due on the monthly anniversary of your joining date.
(c) A recurring charge will be made to your credit card.
(d) You are required to keep your payment details up to date.
5.3 Payment is due upon the booking of any meeting room.
Facilities and services provided
5.4 The following facilities and services are provided:
5.5 You may not use Bureau as your registered service address or registered office.
5.6 You may not erect signage on Bureau without our written permission.
5.7 You remain fully responsible for any people (Guests) that you bring to Bureau and you will ensure that your Guests comply with the Community Standards and the terms of this Licence.
5.8 If you are a subscriber, you are allowed to entertain Guests in Bureau’s social areas. You are also allowed to show Guests around the quiet room, although you and your Guests must observe our Community Standards.
5.9 Only paid subscribers are allowed to work in the quiet room or other work space.
5.10 We will bear the cost of the following outgoings:

Damage to Bureau
5.12 You must leave Bureau in the same condition as you found it and make good any damage to Bureau caused by you (or people under you control) at your cost.
Occupy at own risk
5.13 You agree to occupy and use Bureau at your own risk. You release and indemnify, to the extent permitted by law, us from all claims and demands of any kind and from all liability which may arise (other than as a result of any misconduct or negligent act or omission by us) in respect of any accident, damage or theft affecting any person or property in or about Bureau.
Assignment and transferability
5.14 You may not assign or otherwise transfer your rights and/or obligations under this Licence without our prior written consent.
Wireless internet access
5.15 You acknowledge that the internet access provided under this Licence is primarily for businesses purposes and agree not to use (or allow any people under your control use of) the internet or wireless network access for any illegal, offensive or inappropriate purposes.
5.16 We are entitled to co-operate with law enforcement authorities and rights-holders in the investigation of any suspected or alleged illegal activity involving our internet connection.
5.17 You acknowledge that we may block, limit or monitor usage of the wireless internet access to prevent or report illegal, offensive or inappropriate use.
6.2 ‘Confidential Information’ means all information disclosed or which becomes otherwise known by either us or you, during the term of the Licence as a direct result of your occupation of Bureau, including information about other Bureau users and their respective organisations, operations, administration, methods, business, finances, shareholders, customers, clients, suppliers and employees.
6.3 The parties agree to keep all Confidential Information confidential after this License term ends.
All differences and disputes which may arise between the parties concerning this Licence or any act or thing to be done suffered or omitted under this Licence shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Act 1996.
We have the right to amend these terms at any time by notifying you in writing. You shall be deemed to have accepted such amendments by continuing to use Bureau.
This Licence is executed once you confirm acceptance of such during our online sign-up process.
