What is Bureau?
Bureau is a shared office, coworking and meeting space in Wellington at Level 1, 158 The Terrace.
We want to help you achieve the freedom to work whenever you want in spaces that work for you.
Where is it?
Our shared office and meeting space is in Wellington on Level 1, 158 The Terrace.
We run the booking and payment system for Maranui Surf Lifesaving Club's meeting room and conference facility in Lyall Bay near Wellington Airport.
How much does it cost?
Member plans & pricing here. In a nutshell, all members enjoy smartphone access to the shared office via a smartphone key for as little as $69 per month + GST. Day Passes are $29 + GST
The Meeting Room is $39 per hour + GST for the public. You book and pay online and receive instant confirmation. It takes about a minute, and you'll have a login to make future bookings even easier. Find out more here.
Members can use the Meeting Room for free when it's not already booked. Dedicated Desk members can book the Meeting Room for $5 + GST per hour, and Flexi members can book it for $10 + GST per hour. Members have the freedom to change or cancel their bookings.
Maranui Surf Lifesaving Club Meeting Room is $499 + GST/day.

What facilities and services do you provide?
A shared office and meeting space with a self-catering kitchen, lobby, outdoor area and other common spaces.
Shared office members and day pass users enjoy access to the shared office, fast reliable Wi-Fi, free tea and coffee, free printing and free use of the common lobby, self-catering kitchen, outdoor area and bathrooms.
Members choose between the flexibility of hotdesk memberships, or the certainty of a Dedicated Desk.
The meeting room is free for members to use when it's not booked.
Our plans are per person. All prices exclude GST.
What facilities and services don't you provide?
We don't have a reception desk or on-site staff. We don't curate social or networking opportunities.
We want to make it easy for you to work in a professional workspace environment that combines simplicity with exceptional taste and comfort.
Can I get a permanent desk at Bureau?
Usually, yes. We have a limited number of dedicated desk memberships available on month-to-month or six monthly terms. Book a tour, or check availability by calling 04 889 0157.
When I turn up to hotdesk, will there definitely be a free desk?

Can I store stuff at Bureau?
If you want to leave stuff overnight on a permanent or regular basis, you'll need a Dedicated membership.
If you're hotdesking, you can leave your stuff on the desk/workstation and step out for around half an hour. After that, it’s fine for people to pop it tidily on a shelf for you.
