1. What is Bureau?
Bureau is a shared office and meeting space in Wellington at Level 1, 158 The Terrace. To become a coworking member, you sign up online for our affordable, flexible plans and get same day, 24/7 access using your smartphone as a key. To book our casual meeting space, see here.
We want to give you the freedom to work whenever you want in spaces that work around you.

3. How much does it cost?
Member plans & pricing here. In a nutshell, all members enjoy 24/7 unlimited access to the shared office for as little as $199 per month + GST.
The meeting space is $25 per hour + GST for the public. You book and pay online here and receive instant confirmation. It takes about a minute, and you'll have a login to make future bookings even easier.
Members can use the meeting space for free when it's not booked. Dedicated members can book the meeting space for $1 + GST per hour, and Casual members can book it for $5 + GST per hour. Members have the ability to change or cancel their bookings.

A shared office and meeting space with a self-catering kitchen, lobby, outdoor area and other common spaces.
Members enjoy 24/7, unlimited access to the shared office, fast reliable wifi and free use of the common lobby, self-catering kitchen, outdoor area, bathrooms and a shower. A bicycle rack is available.
Members choose between the flexibility of a Casual hotdesk membership, or the certainty of a Dedicated desk. Both choices offer affordable month-to-month or six-monthly terms.
The meeting space is free for members to use when it's not booked. Members enjoy $5 or $1 per hour bookings and the ability to change or cancel them.

6. What facilities and services don't you provide?
We don't have a reception desk, staff or printing facilities. We don't curate social or networking opportunities.
Bureau is simple. We want to make it easy for you to work in a professional workspace environment that combines simplicity with exceptional taste and comfort.

10. Can I bring meet people at Bureau and bring guests?
Yes. You’re welcome to take meetings and entertain people in Bureau’s social areas, and show them the shared office. We ask that only registered members work in the shared office.
11. Who do I speak to to resolve an issue in the space?
12. Do you offer a free trial or tours?
A free trial is the best way to learn if Bureau is right for you. Just sign up and start using Bureau. If you cancel within seven days, you'll get a full refund.
Tours are usually on Wednesdays at 12.30pm. Get in touch to join the next scheduled tour.
13. Can I store stuff at Bureau?
If you need to leave stuff overnight on a permanent or regular basis, you need a Dedicated desk membership.
If you're hotdesking, you can leave stuff on desk/workstation and step out for around half an hour. After that, it’s fine for people to pop it tidily on a shelf for you.
If you're stepping out you can pop your stuff on one of our shelves for up to a few hours.
